Andrea Kennedy

Andrea Kennedy is an American Reiki Master Teacher, spiritual educator, channel, and the founder of Mainstream Reiki. She has been teaching Reiki professionally since 2006 and is known for bringing a grounded, practical perspective to energy healing. With a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Andrea bridges scientific thinking with spiritual practice, helping people approach Reiki in an accessible, evidence-aware, and approachable way. Her mission is to make Reiki a respected and widely understood modality for everyday wellbeing. Through Mainstream Reiki, Andrea offers live Reiki training from Reiki I & II through Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki® Master levels, as well as an online membership community, guided healing sessions, podcasts, and educational resources. She is especially recognized for her extensive library of distance Reiki sessions on YouTube, where viewers can participate in guided healing practices covering stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing, physical discomfort, abundance, relationships, and spiritual growth. In recent years, she has also shared channelled teachings known as the Emissaries of Light, expanding her work into spiritual development and intuitive guidance.
