Created by Eben Alexander, Yale psychiatrist Anna Yusim, and Karen Newell, this nine-hour, 25-video practitioner training helps therapists, coaches and healers integrate spiritual approaches and sound-based tools into mental health treatment. It draws on a published pilot study showing reduced anxiety from regular use of brainwave-entrainment audio.
