Wim Hof Winter Expedition

The Wim Hof Winter Expedition is the ultimate Wim Hof Method experience — a 5-day immersive training camp led by Wim Hof himself in the breathtaking wilderness of Swedish Lapland, combining intensive breathing sessions, ice baths, cold-water dips in natural streams, winter hiking, and a final mountain summit ascent. Up to 250 participants are divided into groups of 20–30, each led by veteran Wim Hof Method instructors, with Wim leading the main collective sessions and roaming the camp throughout the week. The expedition is held annually in winter and is widely considered among the most transformative in-person events in the breathwork and cold exposure world.
